The invention relates to a tilting device of a new type intended to control the tipping of a body on its supporting chassis, and can be used when the carrying chassis is the chassis of a vehicle, such as a truck, trailer or semi-trailer.
Fig. 1 shows a tilting device at the initial moment of tipping; figure 2 - the same, in an intermediate position; fig. 3 - the same at the end of the rollover; Fig. 4 shows a device, a variant with a th at the initial moment of overturning; on fn.5 - the same, in an intermediate position; in fig. 6 is the same at the end of the rollover.
1-3, the lower fixed chassis 1 is shown, on the rear of which there is an axis 2 on which the tilting pan 3 is hinged. The chassis 1 can be the chassis of the vehicle, while the pallet 3 is the bottom of the tipper body four.
The bottom has an axis 5 on which the top of the rod 6 is pivotally mounted on a lifting ram 7, which has lateral fingers 8 in its lower part.
The power cylinder 7 is located between two identical triangular connecting rods 9, which overlap one another. Each of these two rods 9 has three vertices, namely:
-first peak, hinged on the fingers 8 of the power cylinder- | ra 7;
- the second vertex hinged on the axis 10, which is carried by the bracket 11 of the chassis 1;
- the third peak bearing axis 12 of roller 13 which rolls along the plate
14 fixed to the bottom surface of the tilting pan 3.
The connecting rods 9 are connected by a crossbar 15 placed above the cylinder 7 with a small gap, when all three axes are placed in a line in one plane.
The device works as follows.
In the off position shown in figure 1, the power cylinder 7 is slightly inclined to the horizontal between the chassis 1 and the pallet 3, which lies on

him The greatest shoulder between axles 10, 12 of each connecting rod 9 is directed to the front of the chassis 1.
When they begin to apply pressure to the power cylinder 7, the roller 13 exerts on the plate 14 force pressure along arrow A, which is directed upwards, almost vertically. This force pressure increases with a maximum shoulder relative to the tipping axis 2. This allows minimizing the longitudinal force pressure along arrow B caused at that moment by the power cylinder 7.
Thus, the pallet 3 is raised by raising the crank 9 around its fixed axis 10 as a result of the forward force pressure that the power cylinder 7 exerts on axis 5 until all three axes are aligned in one plane in the same plane (Fig. 2). Subsequently, this position is maintained during the continuation of movement, when the connecting rods 9 remain stationary relative to the power cylinder 7 during this movement to the position of FIG. Crossbar 15 prevents any untimely tilting of the connecting rods 9 beyond the position shown in figure 2, and any self-tipping of the body.
According to the variant (FIGS. 4-6), the power cylinder 7 does not have side fingers 8, but has an axis 16, located in a classical manner under the bottom of the cylinder 7. On one side, the axis 16 is connected with two tons of g 17 located on both sides of the cylinder. the left cylinder 7, with the first apex of triangular rods 9. On the other hand, the ends of the axis 16 slide in longitudinal guides 18 rigidly fastened to chassis 1. The rear part of the guides 18 forms a tooth 19 capable of receiving at the end of raising the pallet 3 (FIG. 5 and 6) the toe of the hook 20, which turns under the cylinder 7, with which it is rigidly bonded.
On the contrary, in this embodiment, it is no longer necessary to connect both rods 9 with the help of a thrust crosspiece 15.
The device works as follows.

(FIG. 4), each ha 17 carries out a pulling force on the top of its connecting rod 9, which acts on the slab 14. This causes a separation under the don 3, which begins to rise due to the force pressure along arrow A and under the influence of forward force pressure along arrow B, which the power cylinder 7 has on axis 5.
During this lift, the axis 16 moves backward on the guides 18 to a position in FIG. 5, in which the toe of the hook 20 engages with the tooth 19 of the guides. Now all three axes are in one line in one plane, which corresponds to the position of the dead center. They will remain in this position, as well as the rods 9, during the entire sequence of movement, to the position of FIG. Throughout this last phase, the tilting of the pallet 3 occurs only under a force action along arrow B of the power cylinder 7, which, having turned, now has a considerable shoulder with respect to axis 2.
The power cylinder 7 may be of any known type. The direction of movement of the axis 16 in the guides 18 can be controlled by rolling rollers or sliding shoes.
The tipper could be installed in the opposite direction with respect to what is shown in the drawings.
The tipper could also be reoriented from front to back, with power cylinder 7 pointing forward and connecting rods 9 towards the rear of the vehicle.
And finally, one could imagine the same kinematics with two side power cylinders and with a single central connecting rod.

tailor tools containing inserted between two nodes - fixed, lower chassis and upper tilting pan, hinged at the rear of the chassis, at least one hydraulic power cylinder and one triangular connecting rod that is hinged at the top of the chassis; is connected with one end of the hydraulic cylinder and a roller interacting with the pallet is fixed on its third top, and the other end of the power cylinder is fixed on the pallet, characterized in that, in order to reduce sili tipping, is provided with a transverse pin mounted on the chassis for movement therealong and associated draft type hinge on the other vertex of the triangular connecting rod, and one end of the cylinder is connected to the trunnion.

with a rail mounted on the chassis.
